Still have questions?
Your consultation fee covers a one-on-one telehealth appointment with a registered healthcare professional. During this session, your medical history, symptoms, and treatment options are reviewed to determine if this pathway is suitable for you.
Yes. Concession pricing is offered to patients who hold a valid Commonwealth Health Card, Seniors Health & Pensioner Concession Card, or Veterans Card. Proof of eligibility is required at the time of booking.
Treatment costs vary depending on the prescribed product and dosage. Most patients can expect their prescribed items to range between $150 and $500 per order, depending on their individual care plan.
No. All consultation and prescription fees are clearly outlined before payment. You’ll always know the full cost of your telehealth appointment and any prescribed products before proceeding.
Consultation payments are made securely online at the time of booking. Once approved, any prescribed products are processed and billed by the licensed pharmacy dispensing your treatment.
If your pre-qualification shows you’re not eligible to proceed, you won’t be charged for a consultation. Consultation fees apply only once a telehealth appointment has been confirmed.
Follow-up appointments are billed separately. However, many patients only require brief reviews, which are often available at a reduced rate.
The dispensing pharmacy manages delivery costs. These charges are minimal and will be disclosed before your order is shipped.
