AusMedClinic connects Australians with registered healthcare professionals through secure telehealth consultations. We provide a clear, confidential pathway for patients exploring regulated alternative medicine options.
Begin by completing a brief pre-qualification form to determine your eligibility. If suitable, you’ll be guided to book a consultation with a healthcare professional online or by phone.
No in-person visits are required. All consultations are conducted remotely via telehealth, allowing you to access care from anywhere in Australia.
Our team includes registered health practitioners, such as nurse practitioners and doctors, all of whom are qualified to assess your needs and prescribe under Australian regulations.
An initial consultation costs $49 and lasts approximately 15–20 minutes. Follow-up consultations are $39 for repeat prescriptions and progress reviews. There are no hidden fees. If suitable, you will have access to all available products; we don’t limit you to clinic-aligned brands.
If your clinician determines that treatment is suitable, you’ll receive an electronic prescription (e-script). This allows your prescribed product to be prepared and dispensed by a licensed Australian pharmacy, ready for post.
The dispensing pharmacy sets delivery costs, which are usually minimal. You’ll see these charges before confirming your order.
Yes. All products are prescribed and dispensed in accordance with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) framework and Australian healthcare standards.
Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of prescription approval. Regional or remote areas may take slightly longer, depending on courier schedules.
